Hi, I am Doc Martin Camara, 30 years ago, I founded Intercare.

The intent then was to provide viable scientific, natural, and drugless alternatives for people to optimize their health.

From a single location with 2 staff and a 50-square-meter space, we have grown into 4 locations, over 1,000 square meters, with 50 clinical staff representing the disciplines of Chiropractic, Rehabilitation, Osteopathy, Medicine, and Physical Therapy.

Our journey has been filled with stories of being helped and healed without drugs and surgery. 30 patients have shared their health journey through conditions such as scoliosis, slipped disc, and low back pain. I hope you enjoyed as much as I have, hearing their triumphs. You will find these inspiring stories playing in our clinics and on our socials.

Intercare for its 30th year, is transitioning once again to be more relevant. First is a shift in focus from pain and sports medicine to family health and functional aging. We are constantly introducing technologies, protocols, and healthcare professionals to be able to optimize you—at whatever stage of your life journey you’re in!

You will be happy to note that a portion of your professional fees are used to support our foundation - the Philippine Chiropractic Community Health Project (PCCHP). To date, we have given thousands of people chiropractic care, actively working with local government units. We are making an impact by addressing Low Back Pain which severely impacts underprivileged communities’ ability to work and provide for the needs of their families.

Also, it is with great pride that I am formally introducing today the Camara Institute for Chiropractic Sciences (CICS). It is an innovative educational program to be able to provide a local training ground for aspiring Chiropractors. We have developed a pathway for Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Nurses to locally qualify with an international standard of Chiropractic Education. We have partnered with the Far Eastern University - Institute of Health Sciences to deliver the first modern chiropractic program in the country.

We aim to create graduates who are not only clinically competent and ethical but also possess the attributes of a community-minded and collaborative healthcare professional.
